The Board resolution dated September 20, 2021, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving to increase its charter capital from VND360,000,000,000 to VND432,000,000,000:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND360,000,000,000, equivalent to 36,000,000 shares

-          Additional charter capital: VND72,000,000,000, equivalent to 7,200,000 shares

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND432,000,000,000, equivalent to 43,200,000 shares.

2)      Approving to amend, supplement its charter with new charter capital of VND432,000,000,000, equivalent to 43,200,000 shares.

3)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with 7,200,000 new shares.
