The Board resolution dated September 20, 2021, the BOD of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND2,644,945,820,000 to VND3,041,685,810,000 due to the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
