On September 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: Allowing Sotrans Logistics One Member Company Limited (short name: SOTRANS Logistics) and Vietranstimex Multimodal Transport Holding Company (short name: VIETRANSTIMEX) to sign three-party agreements on granting short-term credit limits with the maximum limit of VND109 billion for business operations.

Article 2: Allowing Sotrans Logistics One Member Company Limited (short name: SOTRANS Logistics) to sign middle-term and long-term credit agreements with the maximum limit of VND22.5 billion for financing for the return of the invested transport means.

Article 3: The Board of Directors unanimously agrees that South Logistics Joint Stock Company will irrevocably, unconditionally guarantee all bank repayment obligations of SOTRANS Logistics and VIETRANSTIMEX for credit agreements in Article 1 and Article 2 above.
