Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company sent a document to HOSE to explain the postponement of Annual General Meeting after September 30, 2021 and before December 31, 2021. Accordingly, on August 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company issued a resolution approving to convene the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on September 30, 2021. However, due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the epidemic situation is under control.
