MCG: Postponement of the time to collect shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated September 10, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company approved to postpone the time to collect shareholders' opinions in writing at the Board resolution No.13 dated August 20, 2021 due to the implementation of social distancing according to the directive 20/CT-UBND dated September 6, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee.

The time to collect shareholders' opinions in writing will be informed later.
