Ocean Group Joint Stock Company sent a document to HOSE to explain the postponement of Annual General Meeting.  Accordingly, due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, from July 24, 2021 until the present, Ha Noi has applied social distancing measures under PM's Directive 16, so that Ocean Group Joint Stock Company cannot convene the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as scheduled. The Company will organize a virtual annual general meeting right after the Government makes decisions on the end of social distancing measures in Ha Noi City.
