On September 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company approved the to cancel the record date (July 28, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 for the first time and hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 for the second time with details as follows:

- Record date: October 08, 2021

- Meeting date: expected in November 16, 2021

- Meeting venue: TBCO Riverside Apartment, Quang Vinh Ward, Thai Nguyen.
