On August 16, 2021, the State Securities Commission issued a document regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          The State Securities Commission asked Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations (no later than August 29, 2021 as requested by the Company).
