On August 20, 2021, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company sent the State Securities Commission an extension application of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements until September 10, 2021 due to the effects of Covid-19 pandemic. On the same day, the State Securities Commission issued a reply regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          The State Securities Commission asked Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations (no later than September 10, 2021 as requested by the Company).
