The BOD approved a transfering contract of a part of project at Binh Duong Province from Becamex IDC Corp as below.

-          Total transfered value: 336,920,000,000 dongs

-          Using term: till 23 Oct. 2064

-          1st payment: 90% of value – 303,228,000,000 within 30days from the signing day.

-          2nd payment: remaing value is paid (33,692,000,000 dongs) before receiving using license.

-          The CEO is assigned to sign the contract.
