The BOD approved a transfering contract of a land at Binh Duong Province from Becamex IDC Corp as below.

-          Total area: 2,527 m2

-          Using term: till 27 Apr 2059

-          Total value: 50,540,000,000 dongs

-          1st payment: 90% of value – 45,486,000,000 within 30days from the signing day.

-          2nd payment: remaing value is paid (5,054,000,000 dongs) before receiving using license.

-          The CEO is assigned to sign the contract.
