-          Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (DIC Corp contributed 98% of charter capital  of DIC Vision

-          To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen - Deputy Chief Executive Officer as representative of contributed capital of DIC Corp in DIC Vision.

2)      Company name: DIC Commercial Development Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: DIC Commercial

-          Head office address: 265 Le Hong Phong, ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province

-          Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (DIC Corp contributed 98% of charter capital of DIC Commercial

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin - Deputy Chief Executive Officer as representative of contributed capital of DIC Corp in DIC Commercial.
