The Board resolution dated July 07, 2021, the BOD of International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Duong Dinh Quoc Hung as Person in charge of Corporate Governance of the Company from June 30, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Vo Vinh Dat as Person in charge of Corporate Governance of the Company.
