The Board resolution dated July 05, 2021, the BOD of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announces the following contents:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Manh Thuong as Chairman of BOD for the term 2021-2026 from July 05, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of members of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors for the term 2021-2026, including:

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Independent member of BOD: Head of Audit Committee.

-          Mrs. Dao Thi Hue – member of BOD: member of Audit Committee.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Luu Thi Thuy Minh as Personnel Manager cum Secretary of BOD.

4)      Approving the selection of Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited (AVA) as the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.
