The Board resolution dated July 07, 2021, the BOD of Garmex Saigon Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

-          Stock name: Garmex Saigon Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Stock code: GMC

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Charter capital: VND300,052,800,000

-          Number of shares issued: 30,005,280 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 29,956,020 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 49,260 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,995,020,000 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 29,956,020,000 dongs

-          Issuing ratio: 10%

-          Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will be entitled to receive 01 new share).

-          Estimated issue time: 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

2)      Approving the dossier of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

-          Report on stock issuance to pay dividend;

-          Decision by the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend;

-          Audited financial statements in 2020, the consolidated and separate financial statements in Quarter 1/2021;
