1)      Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:

-          Stock name: APG Securities Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Offering volume: 34,020,123 shares, accounting for 99.97% of total shares to be offered; Of which:

+ To offer to existing shareholders: 10,720,123 shares

+ To offer to investors: 23,300,000 shares

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND340,201,230,000

-          Total expenses: VND59,000,000

-          Total net proceeds after the public offering: VND340,142,230,000.

2)      Approving the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND340,289,000,000 to VND731,533,060,000.

3)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
