The Board resolution dated July 27, 2021, the BOD of Clever Group Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the record date for cash and stock dividend payment for 2020:

-          Record date: August 09, 2021

-          Exercise ratio:

+ To pay cash dividend for 2020: 5% (500 dongs/share);

+ To pay stock dividend for 2020: 10% (Those who own 100 shares will 10 new shares.)

2)      Approving the time for subscription and payment to buy shares under ESOP in 2021:

-          Estimated issuance volume: 90,000 shares

-          Issuance price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Issuance ratio: 0.5%

-          Time for subscription and payment: from July 27, 2021 to August 10, 2021

-          These shares will be restricted 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.
