Transimex Corporation (HOSE: TMS) announces Board Resolution No.33 dated June 25, 2021 as follows:

1)      Approving the investment policy of warehouse projects in Long An province;

2)      Approving the plan for guaranteeing Vinatrans Da Nang (a subsidiary) to borrow medium and long-term bank loans;

3)      Approving the plan for guaranteeing Thang Long Logistics (a subsidiary) to borrow medium and long-term bank loans;

4)      Appointing Mr. Pham Xuan Quang, an authorized representative, to be a supervisor in Transimex Real Estate Co., Ltd. for a term of 03 years, from July 12, 2021 to July 11, 2024.
