-          Total value (based on par value): 329,692,870,000 dongs

-          Issuing ratio: 12% (100:12) (Shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to receive 12 new shares).

-          Estimated issue time: 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
