1)      The AGM approved the business result in 2020:

-          Total revenue (consolidated):       5,252.20 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax (consolidated):         57.02 billion dongs

-          Dividend:                                      10% in stock.

2)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2021:

-          Total revenue (consolidated):       5,247.589 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax (consolidated):      122.767 billion dongs

-          Dividend (estimated):                               20%.

3)      The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2020.

4)      The AGM approved the report from the Audit Committee.

5)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2020.

6)      The AGM approved the profit distribution and appropriation to funds in 2020.

7)      The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.

8)      The AGM approved the adjustment of the company’s business lines.

9)      The AGM approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend, stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity and stock issuance under ESOP.

10)  The AGM approved the supplement, amendment of the company’s charter.
