Van Phat Hung Corporation sent documents to the State Securities Commission and Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask for the extension of submission for its quarterly and semi-annual financial statements as follows:

-          For quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the end of quarter;

-          For semi-annual annual audited financial statements: within 60 days from the end of the first six months of fiscal year.
