1)      Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:

-          Stock name: VNDIRECT Securities Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Offering price: VND14,500/share

-          Offering volume according to the Registration Certificate No.64/GCN-UBCK dated June 01,2021: 214,514,678 shares

-          Offering volume according to the list of securities owners made by the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) at the record date to implement rights: 214,514,518 shares.

-          Registered and paid volume: 213,897,735 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 616,783 shares.

2)      Approving the company continues to distribute the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Number of shares continue to distribute: 616,783 shares

-          Selling price: VND18,500/share

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the finish date of the offering.

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND3,112,927,643,000.
