-          Number of shares converted from bonds: 90,000,000 shares, accounting for 100% total convertible bonds issued

-          Number of unconvertible bonds: 0 bond

-          Total value of issue: VND900,000,000,000

-          Transfer restriction: 02 years from the conversion date.

-          Conversion date: July 12, 2021

-          Number of bondholders converted: 45 bondholders.
