-          Conversion volume: 900,000 bonds

-          Conversion ratio: 1:100 (a bond will be converted into 100 common shares with the par value of VND10,000)

-          Stock name: Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Expected issue volume: 90,000,000 shares

-          Conversion price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Conversion date: July 12, 2021

-          Expected transfer date: July 2021 or August 2021, after the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). The Company will implement to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

-          Transfer restriction: 02 years from the conversion date.
