The Board resolution dated June 03, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company approved the contents to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

1)      Report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;

2)      Report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021;

3)      Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021;

4)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2020 and the plan for 2020 profit distribution;

5)      Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021;

6)      Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;

7)      Draft on the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021.
