-          Exercise ratio: 25%

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be distributed to ACB’s Labor Union.  

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 95 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 95 x 25% = 23.75 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 23 shares. The fractional part (0.75) will be distributed to ACB’s Labor Union.
