On June 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company approved to borrow capital from Board members as follows:

1)      Borrowing VND39 billion from Mr. Tran Minh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors, for 24 months with zero interest rate;

2)      Borrowing VND26 billion from Mr. Pham Huy Thanh, Member of the Board of Directors, for 24 months with zero interest rate;

3)      Approving to use the above VND65 billion loan to increase the Company's working capital.

4)      Extending the term of loans from Board members according to the Board resolution dated May 25, 2021 from 01 year (12 months) to 02 years (24 months).
