The Board of Directors approved to extend the loans in the loan agreement dated September 18, 2018 for the borrower Sun Capital Real Estate Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Borrower: Sun Capital Real Estate Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: 11 Le Phung Hieu, Trang Tien ward, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city 

-          Loan limit: VND100 billion

-          Interest rate: 8%/year

-          Grace period: 03 months

Details:

1)      Loan agreement No.1 dated September 18, 2018:

• Loan limit of VND70 billion
• Extended from June 18, 2021

2)      Loan agreement No.2 dated June 29, 2018:

• Loan limit of VND10 billion
• Extended from June 26, 2021

3)      Loan agreement No.3 dated October 05, 2018:

• Loan limit of VND10 billion
• Extended from July 05, 2021

4)      Loan agreement No.4 dated October 25, 2018:

• Loan limit of VND10 billion
• Extended from July 25, 2021.
