According to the Board resolution dated June 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (Becamex IDC Corp) approved to contribute another 50.4 billion dongs in order to increase the charter capital of VSSES Company from 35 billion dongs to 175 billion dongs, as follows:

-          Target company: Vietnam - Singapore Smart Energy Solutions (VSSES)

-          VSSES’ current charter capital: 35,000,000,000 dongs

-          Current holding ratio of Becamex IDC Corp: 12,600,000,000 dongs (36% of VSSES’ charter capital)

-          Additional contributed capital: 50,400,000,000 dongs

-          VSSES’ expected charter capital after capital increase: 175,000,000,000 dongs

-          Holding ratio of Becamex IDC Corp after capital increase: 36% of VSSES’ charter capital

-          Time of implementation: Quarter III of 2021.
