The Board resolution dated June 18, 2021, the BOD of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the use of capital from the issuance:

Total proceeds (estimated) from the public offering of VND248.7 billion will be used the following purposes:

1. To invest to buy shares of Phu Lam Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND70,400,000,000.
2. To invest to buy shares of Dien Bien Investment Resources and Energy Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND56,000,000,000.
3. To supplement capital in An Phu Hung Business Investment Joint Stock Company with total amount ofVND42,300,000,000.
4. To supplement working capital for the company’s business activities, pay off bank loans with total amount of VND80,000,000,000.
