6. The Official Dispatch No.4376/NHH-TTGSNH dated June 18, 2021 by the State Bank of Vietnam regarding the increase of TPB’s charter capital;
7. Audited financial statements in 2020, the financial statement in Quarter 1/2021;
8. Articles of Association;
9. Commitment that the issuer does not violate regulations on cross-ownership;
10. The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;
11. Information documents for investors.
