-          Time of implementation: from July 01, 2021 to July 31, 2021

-          Content for voting:

• To vote for the number of members in the Board of Directors and the election of replacement members in the Board of Directors;
• To vote for the merger of SBT’s subsidiary under the restructuring plan.
• To vote for the registration of 700,000 SBTB2124001 bonds (non-convertible, no warrants) at Vietnam Securities Depository or Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Company and list them on Vietnam Stock Exchange and/or subsidiaries of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
