The Board of Directors of TNS Holdings approved to implement the plan for issuing shares for the 2020 dividend payment as follows:

−        Stock name: Stock of TNS Holdings

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Estimated issue volume: 10,501,114 shares

−        Total issue value: VND105,011,140,000

−        Issue ratio: 45% (those who own 100 shares will receive 45 new shares)   

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

−        Issue time: Quarter II – Quarter III of 2021.
