On May 19, 2021, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Tuan Hung as Head of Internal Audit Board from May 19, 2021.
2) Approving the resignation of Mrs. Cao Thu Hang as member of BOD from May 19, 2021.
3) Approivng the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors to replace the Internal Audit Board.
4) Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Tuan Hung – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee.
5) Approving the appointment of Mr. Ngo Trong Nghia – member of BOD as member of Audit Committee.
