-          Ms. Phan Thi Cam Thanh was appointed as the CFO as May 20, 2021.

-          Ms. Mai Thuy Trang was appointed as the person in charge of administration as May 20, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Phan Thi Cam Thanh as the Chief Accountant as May 20, 2021.

-          Mr. Nguyen Xuan Trung was appointed as the Chief Accountant as May 20, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Trung as Head of Internal Audit Board as May 20, 2021.
