The Board resolution dated May 11, 2021, the BOD of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividends to existing shareholders as follows:

-          Stock name: Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: KHP

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 57,571,016 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 56,071,016 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 1,500,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,401,775 shares

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 14,017,750,000

-          Exercise ratio: 2.5% (1000:25) (shareholders who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 1000 rights will be entitled to receive 25 new shares).

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND 589,727,910,000

-          Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2020.

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 386 shares. With 1000:25 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 386 *25/1000 =9.65 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 09 new shares and fractional shares of 0.65 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: Quarter II/2021 or Quarter III/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Regulation on transfer restriction: none.
