The Board resolution dated April 07, 2021, the BOD of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors agreed the appointment of Mr. Alain Xavier Cany as Deputy Chairman of BOD for the term 2018-2022.
2.  The establishment of Committee under the Board of Directors and the appointment of the following members:

-          Strategy Committee:

+ Mr. Alain Xavier Cany – Member

+ Mr. Huynh Thanh Hai – Member.

-          Audit Committee:

+ Mr. Do Le Hung – Chairman

+ Mr. Dang Hong Tan – Member

+ Mr. Stephen Patrick Gore – Member.

-          Salary and bonus committee:

+ Mr. Alain Xavier Cany – Chairman

+ Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thai Binh – Member
