The Board resolution dated April 07, 2021, the BOD of Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company approved to change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Meeting time: before June 30, 2021 (instead of April 15, 2021)

Reason for change: Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

-          To cancel the record date (March 12, 2021) to implement rights to participate the Annual General Meeting 2021.
