On April 20, 2021, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the establishment of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors from April 20, 2021.

1)      Mr. Ta Nam Binh – Independent member of BOD:         Chairman of Audit Committee

2)      Mr. Dau Minh Lam – member of BOD:                           member of Audit Committee

3)      Mr. Hoang Van Thang - Independent member of BOD: member of Audit Committee.
