On April 20, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.226/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: UDC) into supervision status as of April 28, 2021.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2020 was -9.99 billion dongs, the undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2020 was -8.67 billion dongs, based on the 2020 audited consolidated financial statements. This is the case of supervised securities according to the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018.
