The Board resolution dated April 19, 2021, the BOD of City Auto Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the result of raising charter capital from VND 455,399,680,000 to VND 683,000,000,000:

-          Total shares before the issuance to raise charter capital: 45,539,968 shares

-          Total shares offered to existing shareholders: 22,760,032 shares, Of which:

-          Total shares after the issuance to raise charter capital: 68,300,000 shares

-          Charter capital before the issuance: 455,399,680,000

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): 227,600,320,000 dongs

-          Charter capital after the issuance: 683,000,000,000 dongs.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
