1)      Hung Phat Residential Project – Phu Quoc

-          Investor: Tan A Dai Thanh Real Estate Joint Stock Company 

-          Location: Phu Quoc, Kien Giang

-          Construction package: 92 houses in Area 2 (Apricot)

-          Value of package: nearly VND170 billion

2)      Aqua Riverside Project

-          Investor: Long Hung Phat Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company 

-          Location: Long Hung district, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province

-          Value of package: nearly VND311 billion.
