Vinh Hoan Corporation has completed the purchase of SGC shares (Sa Giang Import Export Corporation) in order to raise its ownership ratio at SGC as follows:

-          Owning volume before trading: 3,665,759 shares (51.29%)

-          Buying volume: 1,817,568 shares (25.43%)

-          Owning volume after trading: 5,483,327 shares (76.72%)

-          Trading method: order-matching and put-through.
