The Board resolution dated April 19, 2021, the BOD of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders but no later than June 30, 2021.

2)      Approving the record date to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the second time:

-          Record date (estimated): May 10, 2021

-          Meeting time (estimated): June 2021.
