PTL: PTL still in the supervision status

On April 13, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.119/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock PTL of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company under the supervision status.

On April 12, 2021, HOSE received the 2020 audited consolidated financial statements from Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the profit after tax of shareholders of parent company was 2.455 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at December 31, 2020 was -294.080 billion dongs. Besides, there is a qualified opinion by A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.

Therefore, HOSE decided to remain the supervision status for PTL and will consider solutions for PTL after having the 2021 semi-annual reviewed consolidated financial statements.
