The Board resolution dated April 75, 2021, the BOD of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr.  Phuoc Quang - member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from April 18, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Vo Tien Dung - member of BOD as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from April 18, 2021.
