The Board resolution dated April 16, 2021, the BOD of Urban Development and Construction Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders but no later than June 30, 2021.

2)      Approving the plan to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Meeting time: 8:00, June 26, 2021

-          Meeting venue: No.37 Street 3/2, ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

-          Content:

• Approving the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Report from the BOD and Supervisory Board;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
• Amendment of the company’s charter;
• Approving the Corporate Governance Internal Regulation;
• Approving the regulation on the BOD’s activities;
• Approving the regulation on the Supervisory Board’s activities;
• Election of member of BOD and Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025;
• Other issues.
