Vinacafé Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Doan Quoc Hung as CEO.

- Mr. Le Huu Thang was appointed as CEO.

- Mr. Pham Hong Sơn anh Mr. Le Huu Thang replaced Ms. Pham Hong Son and Mr. Doan Quoc Hung as the legal representative.

- Mrs. Ho Thuy Hanh was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Board.

- Mr. Huynh Cong Hoan was appointed as a member of the Audit Board.
