The Board resolution dated April 16, 2021, the BOD of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh.

2)      Approving the Resignation Letter of members of BOD – Mr. Do Quang Khue, Mr. Tran Duc Minh and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung.

3)      Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021.

4)      Approving the plan for stock issuance to raise charter capital to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2021.
