According to the Board resolution dated April 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (hereinafter “the Company”) approved to use the following assets as the collateral for the Company’s obligation related to bonds:

a)      The shares of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company owned by THG Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company and the rights arising from the shares above;

b)      Other assets of the Company, the third party and related party/parties as the collateral for the Company’s obligation related to bonds (if necessary).
